How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags attached. Email us to start a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery takes 5–10 working days and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, or down for something more tailored.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be amended or cancelled within one hour of being placed. After that they enter our dispatch process. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best.

Are your garments ethically made?

Yes. We work with a small number of carefully selected manufacturers. All of our production partners are audited annually for fair wages and safe working conditions.
